Review your insurance and check that it’s up to scratch so you don’t get any surprises when something has already gone wrong. The last thing you want is to be out of pocket when you’re already down on luck in the damage department. We’ll publish more on kayak insurance in the coming weeks as this is a common conversation. The warning here is that we’ve had a few customers in the last 6 months that haven’t listed their kayaks on their policy and have received $3000 or less before excess for what would technically be a full write-off. Keep an eye out for future articles on this topic.
